Your emails never leave your computer.
Emails2PDF converts email you have the right to access into PDF files, on your own computer. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
The free tier converts your mailbox and lets you download five PDFs per mailbox. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) unlock the full download for the emails within the plan's allowance, as described on the pricing page. Plans are subscriptions billed by Lemon Squeezy monthly or yearly until cancelled. Your price stays the same while you stay subscribed.
Refunds and cancellation
Any plan can be refunded in full within 30 days of a charge, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time from the tool; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Files you have downloaded are yours to keep.
Your responsibilities
Only export mail you are allowed to export. Keep your own copies: the files are produced on your computer and we hold none of them, so we cannot recover them for you.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy and every conversion note is written into the index, but we cannot guarantee that every message renders perfectly. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
